需要用到的食材有:橄榄油,鸡蛋,莫扎里拉芝士【还是跟上一期提到的玉米脆饼一样(根据个人口味选择或加入),小料【青椒、洋葱、番茄、蘑菇】
需要用的工具有:塑料胶铲(便于在烹饪过程中翻动蛋卷),直径10厘米的小平底锅和电磁炉(可选)原因:温度可控,以防火太大导致蛋卷煎糊
制作过程很简单的
• 首先将青椒、洋葱、番茄和蘑菇洗净淋干水分后切成丁
第二步:打蛋液
⚠️根据就餐的人数来考虑鸡蛋的用量从而选择不同的东西来盛蛋液;例如:情侣们阔以用小碗来盛。而科学家则呃……可以用量筒来盛。。。是不是很…逗比青年呃……随意!
第三步:炒小料
• 平底锅放置于电磁炉的上方,将电磁炉调制在7档。
• 过1分钟后在平底锅中倒入橄榄油,此时将电磁炉调到3档。
• 待油温热后放入小料,不断翻炒。
第四步:煎蛋卷
• 将电磁炉调至7档后倒入蛋液,待其凝固成形后用胶铲不断地搅拌。
• 然后使用背面迅速从锅的两面往中间推蛋卷至两面完全合拢。
• 左手拿住锅柄,右手拿胶铲辅助翻转蛋卷即可。
