- 1 tbsp light soy sauce - 1汤匙生抽
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1汤匙老抽
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1汤匙蚝油
- 1 tsp sugar - 1茶匙糖
- 1 tsp cornflour - 1茶匙玉米淀粉
- 150ml chicken stock - 150毫升鸡汤
Instructions 做法:
- Cut the char siu into small pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or pan.
- Add the char siu and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornflour.
- Pour in the chicken stock and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Place the char siu filling into the dough, seal, and place onto squares of parchment paper. Steam the buns for 8-10 minutes.
